PRODUCT LINE-UP
Unveil automotive excellence with the HOWIN ENGINE– where precision meets performance for unparalleled innovation.
HOWIN ENGINE
L4-172
This is an L4 IC engine model, which also demonstrates the strong engine manufacturing spirit. It is based on a real car engine that was widely used in the early days, with perfect style and appearance, recreating the elegance of a full-size car in a scale model. From the inline four to the camshaft and rocker arms, realism is evident. Even down to the scale and appearance of the engine, every effort has been made to maintain a high level of performance that can provide extraordinary power for RC cars/boat models.

HOWIN ENGINE
L6-210
As we all know, due to the uniqueness of the I6 engine, it has become one of the most popular immortal engines in the world, serving millions of truck and van owners faithfully with its reputation for reliability and excellence. Therefore, the HOWIN team chose it among many iconic engines and used it as a design blueprint to launch a large-scale engine. We believe that its reproduction will receive a positive response from the majority of model engine enthusiasts and arouse resonance and carnival among enthusiast players. We have put a lot of effort and sincerity into this engine, and have brought about major breakthrough upgrades. For example, while retaining the appearance elements of the classic I6 engine, it adopts a self-developed distributor ignition design, upgraded independent lubrication system, new air intake system, water-cooled heat dissipation method, and the use of gasoline fuel, which will be more user-friendly and player-friendly.
How does a Four-stroke Engine Work?
Intake Stroke (Suction Stroke)
During this stroke, the intake valve opens, and the piston moves downward, creating a vacuum in the cylinder. The vacuum allows the air-fuel mixture to be drawn into the cylinder from the carburetor or fuel injector.
Compression Stroke
The intake valve closes, and the piston moves upward, compressing the air-fuel mixture in the cylinder. The compression increases the pressure and temperature of the mixture, preparing it for efficient combustion.
Power Stroke (Combustion Stroke)
At the top of the compression stroke, a spark plug ignites the compressed air-fuel mixture. The rapid combustion generates high pressure, forcing the piston downward. This downward movement is what produces the mechanical work and turns the crankshaft.
Exhaust Stroke
After the power stroke, the exhaust valve opens, and the piston moves upward, pushing the burned gases out of the cylinder. The expelled gases are directed through the exhaust system, completing one full cycle.
